In cooperation with Alpha MOS we organise on Thursday 15thNovember 2018 the Innovation Day.

Sensory instruments, like the E-Nose,E-Tongue and E-Eye of Alpha MOS are able to determine distinction in smell, taste and visual aspects. Data from these analyses can be linked to data from taste panels. Advanced software calculates the correlation between these data. The E-Analysers thus learning the taste/ smell/ visual preferences of the consumer.

If you would like to learn more about the possibilities to improve the reliability of your sensory tests with Instrument Solutions, please sign up for this 1-day workshop (free of charge).
