Since our establishment in 2000, Instrument Solutions has grown into a leading player in the Benelux region. We specialise in sales and service of advanced equipment for analysis and sample preparation, as well as Certified Reference Materials. Our expertise covers various techniques, including element analysis, chromatography, odour and flavour analysis, and material characterisation.
In Breukelen, we have a modern demonstration and application laboratory, where we offer you the opportunity to test applications and demonstrate equipment.
In addition, our service department is an essential pillar of our company. We provide installation, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment, both at your location and at our own Service Centre in Breukelen.

Our activities are aimed at advising you on the right products so that you can work with your instruments worry-free.
In the unlikely event that something does go wrong. To ensure that this is kept to a minimum, we have a professional complaint registration system that resolves complaints quickly and often beyond expectations. This immediately identifies and addresses any structural defects in the process.

Do you need help to fix a technical fault on your instrument/device? Complete the Technical Service request form and a service ticket will automatically be created in Zendesk (*). You will receive an email of this.
