Temperature Traceable Software

This software provides for:

  • Display of the temperature progression
  • Data logging
  • Probe Calibration
  • User levels
  • Possibility to scale up to 16 blocks
  • Optionally a scheduler can be used to plan a run. With add on modules it is also possible to extend the first license to control up to 16 DigiPREP access blocks from one PC.

Each block then has its own tab in the overview screen of the software.

(*) Destruction with hydrofluoric acid is done in teflon tubes as polypropylene is not resistant to it.

Go2Temp Specifications

  • Control and Monitor one or more Digestion Blocks using a Personal Computer according ISO 17025 regulations
  • Fully database driven. Methods, Probes and User definitions are stored in one single database
  • Field Temperature Calibration of Internal and/or External temperature probes
  • Audit Trailing. All important User actions are logged and date-time stamped. (see GLP / 21 CFR part 11)
  • Each run is archived on the hard disk and contains the full temperature profile, power output diagram and alarm messages and log files.

For each run the following information is stored: Samples in the heating systems during run, Graphical registration of method and realized temperature, graphical presentation of the Power Output, log/error information (limit violations, start stop info, user).

Information can be stored in Microsoft Excel, XML or Acrobat PDF Format. Fully integrated with the Windows® Clipboard. A report can be automatically generated after stopping the run or at a later date.
