Clarity™ from DataApex is a powerful and flexible Chromatography Data System (CDS) that is compatible with chromatography systems from virtually all major GC and HPLC manufacturers. The software offers extensive capabilities for data acquisition, data processing, and instrument control.
On the first day, the focus is on discovering Clarity, sharing knowledge and exchanging experiences. You will gain insight into the capabilities and latest developments within Clarity and have the opportunity to discuss practical questions with DataApex product specialists and other users.
The second day is designed for experienced Clarity users who want to deepen their knowledge and learn how to get more out of the software and their chromatography system during a hands-on Advanced Training session.
You can register for either day separately or attend the full two-day programme.

Tuesday, 13 October 2026 – Clarity Info & User Meeting
No prior knowledge of Clarity is required.

- Introduction to Clarity and its capabilities
- Working with instruments
- Method development
- Setting up measurements (Single Analysis and Sequence)
- System monitoring and data acquisition control
- Processing results:
- Integration
- Manual calibration
- Basic calibration from a sequence
- Reporting and printing results
- New features and developments in Clarity
- Opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss practical questions
Wednesday, 14 October 2026 – Advanced Training
Basic knowledge of Clarity is required.
Topics:
- Installation
- Advanced station configuration
- User management and directory settings
- IQ, OQ, and GLP settings and practical GLP guidelines
- Advanced data processing:
- Calibration cloning for routine analyses
- Working with the Batch dialog
- Addressing questions submitted in advance by participants
Clarity Product Specialists
Both days will be led by Samuel Frei and Barbora Prokesova, Clarity product specialists at DataApex.
Both sessions will be conducted primarily in English.
Practical Information
Time: 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Participation Fee:
- Info & User Meeting (13 October): free of charge
- Advanced Training (14 October): €100 per participant (excl. VAT)
Lunch: Lunch will be provided on both days.
Certificate: Participants attending the Advanced Training will receive a certificate of participation upon completion.
