Since 2000, Instrument Solutions has been your partner in analysis equipment, consumables and support for laboratories in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. We have our own demonstration and application laboratory and offer installation, repair and preventive maintenance at your location. We are specialist in the field of sample preparation, sample treatment, sample automation and sample dosing for Element Analysis, Chromatography, Odour and Taste Analysis, Particle Size & Material Characterisation.

Our activities are aimed at advising you on the right products so that you can work with your instruments without any worries.
It can happen that things don’t go well after all. To ensure that this is kept to a minimum, we have a professional complaints registration system with which complaints can be resolved quickly and often above expectations. With this system, any structural deviations in the process are immediately identified and dealt with.

Do you need help to correct a technical defect on your instrument/device? Fill in the request form for technical service and a service ticket will be created automatically in Zendesk (*). You will receive an email.
