Technical Service

You can contact the Technical Service department for technical questions about your instruments/equipment, application for a Service Agreement (preventive and/or corrective maintenance), execution and planning of maintenance activities, remote assistance, reporting malfunctions, execution of calibrations and/or validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Support tickets from the dispatch desk

After completing and sending the form below, a service ticket will automatically be created for you. We will keep you informed of the progress of the processing and you can, if necessary, give input and ask questions in the meantime. Via Zendesk Portal you have access to your own account and you can see the status of current and historical tickets.
