The ePrep® ONE from the ePrep® company offers a fully automated, end-to-end solution for chromatographic sample preparation, increasing the efficiency and accuracy of virtually any workflow while drastically reducing costs and environmental impact.

ePREP® ONE helps you:

  • Automate sample preparation for PFAS soil and water testing
  • Reduce background interference with PFAS-free accessories
  • Achieve reliable trace-level results
  • Save time with automated workflows

Easy to install and use

Thanks to its simple and intuitive user interface, the ePrep ONE is ready for use in less than an hour.

The smart software streamlines the creation of new workflows by allowing users to select hardware – including syringes, bottles, racks and other tools – via a simple drag-and-drop function.

All coordinates are predefined, further reducing installation time. In addition, workflows can be saved and opened at any time, eliminating the need for laboratory staff to rewrite programmes. De ePrep automatische monstervoorbereiding

Flexibility and reliability

Customisable configuration for sample preparation requirements

The instrument utilises analytical syringes for unmatched reliability and accuracy, and a wide range of tools and accessories are available to configure the system for specific sample preparation requirements. The positions of these components are automatically detected by radio frequency identification (RFID) and proximity sensors, and compared to workflow parameters to further minimise the risk of errors.

Small to large batch sizes

Batch sizes from five to 200 samples

The ePrep ONE is designed to process any batch size – from five to 200 samples – with the same high efficiency and accuracy. Processed samples can even be automatically transferred to autosampler racks, ready for analysis.

Common tasks

The ePrep ONE has a range of pre-programmed processes, including:

  • Taking sample aliquots
  • Adding diluents
  • Adding reagents
  • Adding surrogate and internal standards
  • Serial dispensing
  • Rounding up to a specific volume
  • Serial dilution
  • Mixing with a syringe
  • Liquid transfers
  • Magnetic stirring
  • Solid-phase extraction (SPE) and microSPE
