Deze parameters hebben betrekking op:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>golflengte nauwkeurigheid<\/li>\n<li>fotometrische nauwkeurigheid\/lineariteit<\/li>\n<li>Stray Light<\/li>\n<li>Resolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Karakteristieken van <strong>Stray Light<\/strong>\u00a0en <strong>Resolution <\/strong>(de kleinst detecteerbare verandering in de te meten waarde), zorgen voor harmonisatie met de eisen die in de andere belangrijke farmacopees geformuleerd zijn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ASTM International Standard E387<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het onderdeel over\u00a0Stray Light in dit hoofdstuk geeft aan dat de gepubliceerde protocollen van de ASTM International Standard E387 (\u201cStandard Test Method for Estimating Stray Radiant Power Ratio of Dispersie Spectrophotometers by the Opaque Filter Method\u201d) zijn overgenomen. Hierin staat dat\u00a0gebruik wordt gemaakt van een combinatie kuvetten met een <strong>lichtweg<\/strong> van <strong>5mm<\/strong> en <strong>10mm<\/strong> en gevuld zijn met dezelfde \u201ccut-off\u201d oplossing.
