In the unlikely event that something does not go well. To ensure that this is kept to a minimum, we have a professional complaints registration system with which complaints can be resolved quickly and often above expectations. With this system, any structural deviations in the process are immediately identified and dealt with.

At the moment we are in the process of obtaining ISO 9001 certification, which underlines the quality level.
